What are the delivery times?

Deliveries are normally made by courier or armored transport throughout Italy. Delivery times are calculated from the receipt of payment and are set within 5 working days. However, delays of less than 30 days do not entitle you to refuse delivery.

Do you offer warranties on your watches?

Yes, all our watches come with a 12-month warranty on proper functioning from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover shocks, drops, crushing or improper use, water or moisture infiltration, cosmetic damage, wear of glass/bracelet, and unauthorized interventions.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to proceed with the cancellation. However, once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure.
